Let me summarise my viewing history of Blonde Ambition.
I've been following the fic for a couple of years now, and adore everything about it, including the doujin artwork she produces on Deviantart.
Everyone in it is just so kooky and smexable.
So it stands to reason that I'd want to show my appreciation with art. I thought I'd start out with something relatively simple and female, like Cherry, the tattoo artist, then move onto my favourite scenes. I picked up my pen and began...
...
...
suffice to say, after those couple of years, I am still nowhere near complete with that first picture. It took me months to finalise and be happy with the sketch, then months to get around to scanning it in, and even more time to start on the lineart. It was always the piece I came back to in those lulls where I wasn't busy with school or chores or stressing over the future.
But I don't really have an excuse not to work on it now, so while it's still a work in progress, the finish line doesn't seem so far away.
I populated the walls with summons art as tattoo designs, then flushed some out when she wrote about others in a recent chapter.
( Anyhoo, onto the screencap. 60 layers and counting. )
